1. APPLICATION OF GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
OBJET: This document (General Terms of Sale) defines the conditions for sales between people making a purchase via the LEAF FOR LIFE https://www.leaforlife.com website, referred to as "the customer" and the company LEAF FOR LIFE.
These General Terms of Sale are applicable as long as they appear on the https://www.leaforlife.com Website. LEAF FOR LIFE reserves the ability to change them at any time. The new Terms of Sale will then apply to orders placed after this change.
In according with the rules governing electronic contracts, the following General Terms of Sale are based on all orders placed on the www.leaforlife.com site and prevail over any other written or unwritten stipulations made by the customer.

2. ORDERS
Customers can place an order on the www.leaforlife.com website following the following order process:

- Payment and order confirmation.

3. DELIVERY MODALITIES
LEAF FOR LIFE undertakes to honour orders received on the site www.leaforlife.com only within the limits of available product stocks. In the absence of the availability of one or more products ordered, LEAF FOR LIFE undertakes to inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible. The Customer's order for an unavailable product will then, depending on their choice, be automatically replaced either by a new product approved by the customer or cancelled and refunded.
The products are shipped with the voucher invoice, to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of his order.
Average delivery times are provided before the order is validated as an indication and corresponds to the processing and delivery times of the products. This delay does not prejudice the maximum time provisions outlined below. These delays do not take into account any unforeseen, delay of postal services or carrier, force majeure or a stock outage that would delay delivery regardless of the will and diligence of the company LEAF FOR LIFE. The maximum delivery time for a product is one month from the time the product is shipped out of our warehouses by a third-party carrier. The company LEAF FOR LIFE reserves the choice of how the goods are transported. The risks associated with transport are borne by the customer, who must make a reasoned protest to the postal services or to the carrier, within three working days from delivery.
The products remain the property of the company LEAF FOR LIFE until the full payment of the items.
The geographic area of delivery corresponds to the coverage area of the offer and the amount of delivery depends on the location of the offer. Delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the product is delivered to the carrier. LEAF FOR LIFE is not responsible for the conditions of transport of the product.
4. RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
In the context of the distance sale (without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties), the consumer has according to Article L 121-21 of the French code of consumption a period of fourteen (14) free days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for shipping and return costs.
The above period is short from receipt for goods or acceptance of the offer for services.
When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next business day. 5. PRICE OF ITEMS
Items will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered. They remain the property of LEAF FOR LIFE until the price is fully collected per LEAF FOR LIFE. This price is payable in full and in one installment.
LEAF FOR LIFE reserves the right to change its prices at any time and without notice. All prices are listed in Euros and do not include the shipping costs that will be added to the total order and will be specified to the customer when the order is finally validated.
For deliveries in the European Union, prices are studied on the basis of the French value added tax (VAT), applicable on the day of the order. If the VAT rate were to change, these changes would be passed on to the price of the items. However, these prices could not be changed once the order has been validated.
The basic rate of A.V.A. is currently 20%.
6. PAYMENT METHOD
The amount owed by the customer is the amount indicated when LEAF FOR LIFE. The order is taken into account to the payment which is stipulated irrevocable, cash, net and without discount. Any delay, incident or default results in, as a penalty, late interest equal to one and a half times the rate of statutory interest under Act 2001-420 of 15/05/2001 Article 53 II published in the Official Journal of 16/05/2001.
The company LEAF FOR LIFE reserves the right to suspend all order management and delivery in the event of an existing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of an order, refusal of authorization to pay by credit card by officially accredited agencies, if in doubt about the means of payment used or for reasons other than LEAF FOR LIFE will reserve the right to explain to its customer. In this case, the customer will be notified by email and will be asked to pay by bank transfer.

7TH RECEPTION
The customer acknowledges that he was aware of the main characteristics of the ordered property. All articles proposed by www.leaforlife.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided by Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. For ordered items, the user has a warranty to return defective delivered items in accordance with the L 211-4 articles and the following of the Consumer Code.
Any claims about apparent defects or non-compliance with the delivered product, in connection with the order, must be stipulated by letter recommended with notice of receipt within 3 days of delivery. After this period and failing to comply with this formality, the articles will be deemed compliant and free of any apparent defects and no claim can be validly accepted by LEAF FOR LIFE. The product cannot be taken back or exchanged without the express agreement of the company LEAF FOR LIFE. The return may only apply to products that have never been worn and have not been altered. They will have to be returned in their original packaging. The exchange of items from the www.leaforlife.com site can only be carried out subject to the availability produced in stock.
For any other exchange request desired by the customer (change of size, model.), the customer will have to mention in his prior request to LEAF FOR LIFE, the desired item in exchange. In this case, the cost of ports and transport risks is the responsibility of the customer. The company LEAF FOR LIFE undertakes following the customer's request for exchange, to confirm to the customer the availability of the product and the amount of shipping costs for the shipment of the new product. If the new order and shipping costs are more than the original order, the customer will have to make a bank transfer when requesting the exchange for payment of the remainder. The new item will then be shipped after the customer's payment is collected. Conversely, if the amount of the exchange, including postage, is less than the initial amount, the customer will receive a refund of the difference by bank transfer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the only transport costs at the expense of LEAF FOR LIFE are the cost of re-shipping products returned to the customer's expense for exchange following a real defect found by the company LEAF FOR LIFE, provided that the customer delivered is in metropolitan France. No products can be exchanged until he returns to the company's premises LEAF FOR LIFE.
LEAF FOR LIFE cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the items that the customer might make of them.
8. PHOTOS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
