1. SUBJECT
These sale conditions define the contractual relationship between "Leaf for life" and the buyer and these conditions are applicable to all purchases made through the website site www.leaforlife.com that the buyer be either professional or non-professional.
The acquisition of goods or services through this website implies acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale
These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by "Leaf for life"

The prices can be different from a country to another for the same product
"Leaf for life" reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the price listed in the website on the day of the order shall be the price applicable to the buyer.
Prices include the cost of order processing, transportation and delivery if they take place in the outlined geographical areas
4. GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS
The online sale of products and services available on the website is open to buyers worldwide.
The buyer, who wishes to buy a product or service must:

5. RETRACTATION
Buyers and non-professional individuals, have a period of fourteen days after the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller "Leaf for life" for exchange or refund without penalty, except the cost of go and return postage.
6. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is due with the order.
Payments can be made by credit card; processed through the secure bank Crédit Agricole and Paypal systems which use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during the online transaction. Paying by cheque or bank transfer is possible, however the shipment will take place once the order is paid for.
The buyer's account will only be charged once the products or services available are dispatched/downloaded.

7. DELIVERIES
Deliveries are made to the address specified on the order form which has to be in the agreed geographical area.
During transportation "Leaf for life" is no longer responsible for the goods once they leave the premises of "Leaf for life" In case of damage during shipping, any complaint must be made with the carrier upon delivery.
Delivery times are for illustrative purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
8. WARRANTY
All products supplied by the seller have the legal guarantee provided by Article 1641 of the French Civil Code.
In case of non compliance of a product, it can be returned to the seller who will exchange or refund. (Shipping costs are due by the buyer)
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made in writing sent recorded delivery to the following address : Leaf for life, 11 rue du Saves, ZA La Pouche 32220 Lombez (France), within thirty days of delivery.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
Leaf for life, in the process of selling online is only bound by one obligation and therefore cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, hacking, viruses,, or other unintended problems.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site "Leaf for life" are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of "Leaf for life"

12. FILING PROOF
"Leaf for life" archives copies of purchase orders and emails in accordance with Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
The records held by "Leaf for life" will be considered as proof of communication, orders, payments and transactions between both parts.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These conditions of online sales are subject to French law.
In case of any dispute involving individuals or multiple defendants, jurisdiction is given over to the courts of Auch (France).
